Grocery Shopping List Week One Back to Basics:

Eggs
Bacon
Wings (unseasoned, unbreaded, and uncooked)
Cod fish
Shrimp
Chicken Breast
Whole rotisserie chicken
Steaks
Ground Beef (and ground pork if using for the homemade sausage)
Chicken Broth (look for one without added sugar & lowest in carbs)
Green onions
Butter
Celery
Walden Farms Bacon Ranch dressing & Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing (I put the links in to order online but these can be found at many local grocery stores)
Nappa (Chinese) Cabbage
Fresh Lemon & limes
Fresh herbs (choose the ones you like most & some flat leaf parsley for the herb butter)
Iceberg lettuce
Cucumbers
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Hard Aged Cheddar Cheese
Dill Pickles
Radishes
Garlic

Optional snacks & desserts: Pork rinds, Sugar free jello, Olives, Beef Jerky (It is very difficult to find sugar free so I have included a link to the one we buy online)

Optional drinks: diet soda, coffee, tea, sparkling water (Heavy Cream for your coffee if using but remember only 4 tsp a day! Note: I use walden farms creamer in my coffee with some liquid stevia.) Note: The creamer and the liquid stevia can also be found in many local stores but I included links to them online just in case you can't find it!

onion powder

ground coriander
cayenne pepper
dried thyme
dried basil
dried oregano
red pepper flakes
ground Annatto Seeds
onion powder
black pepper
sea salt
