Low Carb Tuna Pasta Salad:





         Ingredients:

2 bags miracle noodle ziti
1 can tuna in water, drained
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs spicy brown mustard
Sea salt & Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Drain and rinse the miracle noodles very well and dry in a frying pan on high heat. Sprinkle the hot ziti with onion powder & garlic poweder and Mix the ziti, onions, and drained tuna together well & let cool. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir very well. Season to taste with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper and store in the fridge until serving.

Serves 4
