Low Carb Southwest Chicken Dip:


2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
1/4 cup Ranch dressing
1 cup Salsa
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded


1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Jalapeņos & green onion for garnish


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the diced chicken, ranch dressing, salsa, cream cheese, and 1/2 a cup of cheddar together in a baking dish. Top with a cup of shredded cheddar and top with pickled jalapenos and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with pork rinds or veggies for dipping.

Serves 10.
