1/2 lb cooked steak sliced on the bias (I used leftover grilled rib eye)
2 Tbs diced smoked gouda bacon cheese
1 slice thick cut crispy bacon, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Heat steak in a skillet over medium heat and add whisked eggs and cook until eggs are cooked through and beef is warm. top with cheese and let melt slightly. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with crisp bacon on top.
*Note: Served one very hungry husband or two regular people lol.
