Low Carb Shrimp Fried Rice:


Ingredients:

1 bag green giant cauliflower riced veggie medly
1 cup chopped napa cabbage
12 Oz cooked, peeled, deveined, tail removed large shrimp
2 Tbs Coconut Secret Organic Raw Coconut Aminos Soy-Free Seasoning Sauce or soy sauce
2 Tbs Guy's Award Winning Sugar Free BBQ Sauce, Original

Directions:

Put the nappa cabbage and riced medley in a large dutch oven over medium heat and add sea salt to taste. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until the cabbage is slightly wilted and the rice cooked through. Add the shrimp and cook until just heated through. Add the coconut aminos and sugar free BBQ sauce and stir well to combine. Season with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste and serve.

Makes 4 large servings.
