Low Carb Sesame Chicken Veggie Sushi Wraps:


Half a cup cooked diced chicken breast
1 Tbs Mayo
A couple dashes sriracha sauce (add more or less for your heat preference)
1 green onion, diced
1 mini yellow pepper, cut into match stick slices
1 mini orange pepper, cut into match stick slices
1 mini red pepper, cut into match stick slices
1/4th of a cucumber, cut into match stick slices
1 lettuce leaf torn in half
2 Yamamotoyama Sushi Party Soy Wrappers, Sesame,
1 Tbs Coconut Secret Organic Raw Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce for dipping


Mix the diced chicken, mayo, sriracha sauce, and diced green onion together in a bowl. Lay out your soy wrapper and place a half a lettuce leaf in each and top each with half of the chicken mixture, layer on your match stick veggies evenly so each bite will have some in it. Roll up and serve with coconut aminos for dipping.

Serves one, makes 2 wraps.
