Low Carb Sesame Chicken Spring Rolls:


3 ounes grilled chicken breast, diced
1 cup napa cabbage, sliced thin
1/4 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Yamamotoyama Sushi Party Soy Wrappers, Sesame,
1 Tbs Coconut Secret Organic Raw Coconut Aminos Soy-Free Seasoning or Soy Sauce for dipping
Non Stick cooking spray


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a non stick skillet cook and napa cabbage, diced chicken, chicken broth and salt and pepper until the cabbage is soft and all the liquid is gone. Set aside until cool enough to handle. Divide the cabbage mixture in half and place into two sesame soy wraps and roll up like spring rolls. Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray and place the rolls on and spray the tops with non stick spray. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove to plate and serve with aminos or soy sauce for dipping.

Makes two spring rolls. Serves one: 6.5 carbs total, .4 fiber, 6.1 net carbs, 150 calories (based on using Bragg's aminos so adjust carb count if you use soy sauce or coconut aminos).
