Low Carb Salsa:


14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
4 oz can diced green chilies, drained
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp lime juice
pinch of sea salt


Combine all ingredients and microwave for 3 minutes, stir well, and microwave 3 more minutes, stir well again and set in the fridge to cool. Stir, add sea salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Serves 6.
