Low Carb Post Workout Refresher:



         Ingredients:

8 oz spring water
1/4 tsp grated ginger
2 oz peeled cucumber, sliced or grated
1 lemon wedge
1 lime wedge
3 mint leaves
Ice

Optional: mint spring for garnish

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except the ice in a drink shaker and muddle, put in the fridge for the flavors to infuse the water while you workout. Pour over ice and garnish with a sprig of mint. If you dislike pulp strain before pouring over ice.

Serves 1.
