Low Carb Pizza Rolls:


16 pepperoni slices
1/2 cup crumbled cooked sausage
2-4 Tbs shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Yamamotoyama Sushi Soy Wrapper, Original
2 Tbs Rao's Arrabiata Sauce for dipping
Non Stick cooking spray


Put 8 pepperoni in each roll, half of the sausage, and half of the cheese and roll them up like egg rolls. Place the rolls into a skillet set on medium high heat one at a time and flip when crispy and browned and brown all sides. This happens quickly so keep an eye on it and do them one at a time. When done, slice and serve with pasta sauce.

Makes 2 pizza rolls.
