Low Carb Margarita:




         Ingredients:

1 Wyler's Light Sugar Free Singles to go Lemonade Packet (I find these at my local grocery and at Walmart for $1 a box.)
3 oz white tequila
1.5 oz lime juice
1 cup Ice
1/2 cup Water

Garnish: Lime slice & kosher salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except garnish in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour salt into a shallow bowl wide enough to accomidate the top rim of your glass. Run a lime wedge along the endge of the glass. Dip the top of the glass into the salt and spin to coat. Pour the maragrita into the glass being careful to avoid the salt rim and garnish with a slice of lime.

Serves 1.
