Low Carb Jalapeno Popper Dip:


8 oz package cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbs sliced pickled jalapenoes (or fresh if you prefer)
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilis (drained)


Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, stir well, heat in the microwave for one more minute and serve with pork rinds, low carb crackers, or celery for dipping.

Serves 10.
