35 serrano peppers, tops cut off and halved (or a more mild pepper if you don't like really spicy!)
2 cups vinegar
3 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp sea salt
Discard the tops of the peppers and add all ingredients (including seeds) to a pot and bring to a low boil for 15 to 25 minutes or until peppers are soft, cool 5 minutes, blend very well in a high powered blender (Put a towel over the top of your blender to be sure not hot liquid gets on you) and pour into a jar.
Makes about 50 servings per jar. Serving size is one tsp.
