Low Carb Hotdog Macaroni and Cheese:


1 bag ziti miracle noodles
2 Tbs salted butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 slices of Deluxe American Cheese
1 Tbs Heavy Cream
1 low carb hotdog (I used Nathans)


Drain and rinse your noodles. Place in a bowl and cover with mater and microwave for 3 minutes. Remove,drain, and rinse again. Place noodles in paper towels and dry very well. Heat butter in a skillet on medium heat. Add the noodles, garlic, and onion powder and cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes and set aside. Break up the cheese slices into a microwave safe dish and add the cream. Microwave in 1 minute increments sirring in between until it become a sauce. Mix the cheese and noodles together well. Microwave your hotdog for a minute or cook in a skillet or grill until cooked through. slice, add to mac & cheese, stir, and serve.
