2 Tbs Sukrin:1 or sweetener of choice
2 Tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
dash of salt
1 cup Unsweetened Cashew milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Optional: homemade whipped cream & a sprinkle of cocoa powder for the top.
Add Sukrin, cocoa powder, and salt to a microwave safe mug and stir, add the milk and stir again. Microwave for a minute and half or until hot, add the vanilla, and whisk together well. Add the optional whipped cream and sprinkle of cocoa powder if using to the top and serve.
