Low Carb Herb Butter:





         Ingredients:

1 stick (4 oz) salted butter, room temperature
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp minced garlic

Directions:

Let butter come to room temperature and combine all ingredients in the bowl of your stand mixer and beat until just combined (do not whip). Spoon onto plastic wrap and mold into desired shape and place in the fridge to harden up before slicing and using. Fantastic on steak and veggies!

Serves 8. Serving size is 1 Tbs.
