Low Carb Ham & Egg Cups:





         Ingredients:

8 slices of ham
4 eggs
4 tsp shredded cheddar cheese
Fleur De Sel Salt to taste (or whatever salt you like)
Non Stick cooking spray

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 4 muffin tins with non stick spray and line each one with two slices of ham. Crack one egg into each and then top each one with 1 tsp of cheddar cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, let cool slightly before carefully removing to a plate and topping with a sprinkle of salt.

Makes 4 ham and egg cups. Serving size is 2 ham & eggs cups. Serves 2.
