Low Carb Ginger Scallion Turkey Meatballs:





         Ingredients:

1 Pound Ground Turkey
1 Tbs Ginger Paste
2 Scallions, diced
1 egg
3 Tbs Bragg Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into 16 meatballs and place on a baking sheet with a silicone mat. Bake for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are just cooked through.

Makes 16 meatballs.
