Low Carb Deviled Eggs:





Ingredients:

6 eggs
1 heaping Tbs Brown Spicy Mustard
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Sprinkle of Paprika

Directions:

In a pot cover the eggs with water and bring to a boil. Turn off the burner, cover the pot with a lid, and wait for 15 minutes. Run eggs under cold water, peel, and slice lengthwise. Put the yolks, mustard, and mayonnaise into the bowl of your stand mixer and beat on high until all lumps are gone and the mixture is completely smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste and then pipe the yolk mixture into the whites, sprinkle with paprika, place in serving dish, and serve.

*optional: You can serve topped with crumbled bacon.
