Low Carb Creamy Bacon Coleslaw:


10 oz bag angel hair cabbage
2 yellow mini peppers
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 cup walden farms creamy bacon dressing
1 dropper liquid stevia (or sweetener of choice to taste)
1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste


Dice the mini peppers and onion very small. I use the veggie chopper below to get them all the same size and make quick work of it. Mix all ingredients well and season with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste. Cover and refriderate for at least 20 minutes. Stir well and serve.
