Low Carb Crab Dip:


1 (8 ounce) block of cream cheese
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tsp garlic paste
1/4 to 1/2 fresh grated horseradish depending on your liking
1 (4.25 ounce) can lump crab meat
1 Tbs of chopped green onions to garnish


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl combine all ingredients except the crab meat and diced green onion. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Mix well. Drain the crab meat well and fold gently into the mixture so you do not break up the crab meat too much. Place in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Top with green onion and serve with pork rinds or cooked shrimp for dipping.

If you have a croud make this times two or four as it will all be gone in no time!
