Low Carb Coleslaw:


10 oz bag angel hair cabbage
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp spicy brown mustard
1 dropper liquid stevia or to taste or sweetener of choice to taste
1 tsp coconut vinegar or vinegar of choice
sea salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients well and season with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste. cover bowl with plastic wrap and refriderate over night. Stir well and serve.

Serves 6.
