Low Carb Cheesy Garlic & Herb Shrimp and Rice:


1 bag Miracle Noodle Rice
1/2 Lb of 31/40 Wild Caught peeled and deveined Shrimp
2 Wedges Garlic and Herb Laughing Cow Cheese
1 tsp Bragg Nutritional Yeast Seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste


Drain and rinse the rice well. Put the rice into a dry skillet over medium heat and pan dry the rice until no water is left in the skillet and add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined and serve.

*Note: Serving size is one. 5 carbs per serving.
