Low Carb Cheesesteak Omelet:


1 Tbs bacon grease or olive oil
1/4 cup sliced onion & bell pepper
2 Steak Eze frozen thinly sliced & shaped Angus philly beef steaks
2 slices deluxe American cheese


Heat bacon grease or oil over medium in a non stick skillet and add onions & peppers. Cook until slightly softened and remove and leave off to the side. Add beef and cook until cooked through, breaking up the beef as you stir, remove and leave off to the side. Add more grease to the pan if needed and pour 3 beaten eggs into the skillet and put a lid over the top. Let cook until just set and remove from heat. Top the center with beef, cheese, and top with onions & peppers and fold the sides over the center. Put the lid back on and let the residual heat melt the cheese, cut in half, and serve.

Serves 2.
