Low Carb Blackened Cod Fish:


3 Cod Fish Filets
3 tsp olive oil
Homemade Blackened Seasoning
1/2 Stick unsalted butter


Dry your fish filets well and drizzle with a little olive oil. Heat your butter in a skillet on medium. Season both sides of the fish with the blackened seasoning. Be generous and make sure to coat the sides as well. Once your butter is melted and hot add your fish. I cooked mine for about 3 minutes per side but this will depend on the thickness of your filets so cook until done. Remove from pan and serve immediately.
