Low Carb Big Mac:





         Ingredients:

2 Beef Patties
2 slices of Deluxe American Cheese
1/2 cup lettuce
1 Tbs Walden Farms Thousand Island Dressing
Optional: dill pickle slices, onion, tomato (Not included in nutrition count below)

Directions:

Season your burgers with salt and pepper and grill (about 5 minutes per side). Lay one burger down, top with lettuce and half a Tbs of Walden Farms Thousand Island Dressing and put a slice of cheese on top. Layer another burger on top, more lettuce, and half a Tbs of Walden Farms Thousand Island Dressing and top with another sice of cheese. Microwave 20-35 seconds or until the cheese has begun to melt into the lettuce.

Serves 1.
