Low Carb Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Sandwich:


2 eggs
Sea Salt and fresh cracked back pepper to taste
1 Slice Deluxe American Cheese
2 Tbs crumbled bacon
2 low carb buns


Toast your buns in the toaster. Put eggs into microwave cooker or a microwave safe bowl, season with sea salt and pepper to taste and beat. Microwave until cooked through. This took about a minute and half in my microwave with the cooker I used but times will vary. Put the egg on top of the bottom bun, top with cheese and put the bacon on top. Top with another bun and microwave a couple seconds until cheese is melted.

Serves 1.
